A Day In The Life Of Me

Whats up viewers and readers! Today is the 14th of January and is (for thous of you that don't already know) "NEW YEAR" from the old orthodox Christians calender. Tatia's mother made all kinds of food + snacks for the occasion like homemade pizza, pigs in a blanket and all kinds of sweets! I woke up really late, because for some reason I could not get out of bed this morning.

Anyway I eventually got up ate hung out with the family and what not, and am now currently posting for you guys. For thous of you that watch my videos on YouTube and come here to see my BLOG, I was wondering if you guys would be so kind as to SUBSCRIBE to my channel it really helps me, and also gives me that much more motivation to want to make "NEW" videos! And for thous that read my vlog and watch my videos from the links in my posts, Iwas wondering if you would shoot over to YouTube and "Thumbs Up" the videos for me and maybe SUBSCRIBE as well! :)) "THANKS"

Aright enough of making this post sound like a commercial, about January 1st the original New Year. I have video footage, but just can't really figure out how I want to edit it together. I am really leaning towards doing kind of a news type vlog and talk about the individual clips that way but IDK??! Leave me a comment if any of you have a suggestion! :))

But that's gonna be it for now until next time. Be sure to check out my new video......................

Got -R- Done

Finally edited and upload the Christmas cookie video! But let me tell you, it was not "EASY"! First off Lucas stayed home from kindergarten, because he was feeling sick along with his mommy! So I was busy with them. After they had taken a nap Lucas was feeling better and one of Tatia's English students came for class!

So I got to work on the video, and that is where the day really started sliding. I was a little more than half way done and the laptop started acting up, making Sony Vegas none responsive! So I had to restart the laptop and do all the work over again. I had to do this 3 times b4 I Started saving my progress little by little! Tho still that was not working, and @ this point I was about to commit murder! (I didn't dont worry) :))

What I did do is start moving all our important programs and files to our external HDD, so Tatia could re-install Widows 7. After getting everything moved of the laptop I thought why not give the video one last try b4 the new installation! And OMG it worked, I saved project as "27" times  all together (LMFAO) in case it might still become unresponsive. We Got -R- Done tho Yahhhh! :)) Granted it is 4:30 in the morning (LMFAO AGAIN) So I "HOPE" you all enjoy IT!!!!

Last thing for tonight, well this morning is the pictures from Luka's Christmas program, here they are..............

Oh P.S. I almost forgot the video.........

Another Day, Another Experience

Well the family and I, all woke up very early today. We went to church to morn the death of my father-in-laws mother! It was a good experience, because I have never done something like that. And to me you should always remember those you have lost @ least once a year!

Afterwards Tatia & I, took little Lucas to school for his Christmas program! :)) It was fun, all the kids were dancing and got a gift from "Santa Clause" (wink wink). Lucas however was being a little shy and didn't partake in much but he was still cute, because his amazing mother modified his tuxedo to look all Christmas'e!

Then after that we went and had a huge lunch with a ton of Tatia & I's family. We had no meat, because Georgians are on a 40 day fast right now, but we still had great food and got to drink wine, and say toasts!

I have already made a video for the Christmas cookies I promised but have not done anything with it yet being that we been super busy the last few days and because I am dealing with a cold. But tomorrow I will edit/upload it for you all to see along with some pictures of Lucas's Christmas Program! :)) OHHH And one last thing I am so excited because my in-laws are going to Tbilisi tomorrow morning for business, and while they are there, they are going to pick up my NEW TRI-POD from usa2georgia!!! YESSS :)))))

HoHoHo Merry Christmas

HoHoHo... Its Christmas, Yeaaaaa! Woke up this morning with a sore scratchy throat. So I just been PJ'n around the house all day. I am waiting for my Trendonruli (Khachapuri) to finish cooking so I can "EAT IT" yummm!! Also I had mentioned that I was going to either do my first Vlog last night or today without my tripod, and I did it! I edited it with my new video software Sony Vegas!

I love this software! I usally edit with CyberLink 8, but I been hearing a lot of hype about it and seen many videos edited by Sony Vegas so I downloaded it! Granted it is a much more difficult program to get use to but I'll get there! Anyway I am going to make the Christmas cookies I have been talking about for sure tonight, because I am really feeling the spirit today! :))

Alright so thats it for now. Please be sure to check out my "First Fresh New Vlog #1" because there will be many more to come!

American Christmas

Hello... to the new people that will read my blog, and to those that have read my first post already! :) Today is December 24th, 2011. My wife directed a holiday art concert today, which was cool! So that had gotten me kinda feeling in the Christmas spirit. I was going to make cookies today but since I am used to doing this every year for xmas eve and things are a little different over here I cant seem to get motivated or I guess fully into the spirit!?!?

Here in Georgia they celebrate certain holidays differently and also different holidays all together. For ex. as I said for me today its, xmas eve and of course tomorrow will be (American) xmas, but here they don't do anything for xmas eve, or xmas. They do there type of xmas on New Years along with there new years celebrations.

So in short they do it all in one shot, a huge NEW YEAR BLOW OUT!! Which is totally fine with me because I love experiencing new things! But I will say it is a little idk weird I guess? Anyway I am really thinking that I am going to make my first Vlog either later tonight or tomorrow because I am kinda feeling it (I think) :P

                                                             MERRY (American) CHRISTMAS lol!

The Beginning

Gamarjoba or in English Hello! My name is Trendon James Johnson, I am an American living in Georgia. In Akhaltsikhe to be exact. This is going to be my first Vlog/Blog that i have ever attempted so I apologize if it  sucks out of the gate! But we will give it a shot. I have tried Vlogs in the past and have not succeeded. Hopefully this time around it will stick. Anyway I will occasionally blog a post but, I am really going to try and do mostly Vlogs. Now a little about me I was born February 18th, 1989 in Austin MN @ Austin Medical Center. I lived there for 21 years of my life.

I was married to my beautiful wife Tatia on February 14th, 2010 and had our first child Lucas Alec Johnson on July 8th, 2010. In September 2011 we as a family decided to move to New York city, being that the economy in MN and almost everywhere else was falling apart. After trying NYC out for a few months we decide that coming to Georgia would be in our best interest being that the cost of living here is much much cheaper!

We have been here for about 2 months now and are doing great! My wife and I are both working and our 1 1/2 year old son attends kindergarten every Monday through Friday. In the summer of 2012 me, my wife, and her father plan on taking a Euro-trip flying to Amsterdam then buying a new car and driving it back! Anyway as of right now I am currently waiting for my new tri-pod to come to Tibilisi from Amazon.com on December 28th, so stay tuned for my first Vlog, and maybe a few more Blog posts!
